positivity – it’s a concept
You are the sum total of everything you’ve ever seen, heard, eaten, smelled, been told, forgot – it’s all there. Everything influences each of us, and because of that I try to make sure that my experiences are positive.
Positivity in everything is my goal. Cultivate an optimistic mind, use your imagination, always consider alternatives, and dare to believe that you can make possible what others think is impossible.
Positivity is a practice, not something you’re born with. Like riding a bike or learning the clarinet, positivity is a skill you get better at the more you do it. Being positive does not mean ignoring difficulties and bad experiences. It means acknowledging them, learning from them, and using that knowledge to improve.
Every action has to start with positive intention. There are always other ways to look at anything, why not highlight the good?
